AAB (Franco American Accounting Bureau) is a Franco American tax and accounting firm created in late 2015 and which is based in
North Miami Beach, Florida.
Our role is to help and support you, as an individual or as a company, through all of the administrative, legal and tax steps of your life in the United States whether you are American or foreigner.
Alexis Neuchat, his founder holds a MBA degree of Hartford University, a French Certified Public Accountant degree and an IRS (Internal Revenue Service) certification.
The firm is specialized in international tax matters, has a perfect knowledge of the Franco American Tax Treaty, and will be able to assist you during your establishment in the United States.
Our team, which is perfectly bilingual, works in close collaboration with many partners such as banks, attorneys and asset management consultants.
Finally, we have powerful and secured IT tools that allow us to contribute to your legal and tax serenity.
